Bianco Toscana IGT
Wine derived from the grapes Trebbiano, Malvasia and San Colombano.
Ripa Bianca is a white wine obtained from the Trebbiano, Malvasia and San Colombano grapes, harvested by hand at the end of September.
The hand-picked grapes are then pressed whole and the fermentation is carried out without contact with the skins in concrete tanks.
The refinement is always done in concrete tanks where batonnage is performed periodically to give stability to the wine and enhance its mineral and sapid characteristics.
In Spring, when the malolactic fermentation is complete, the wine is bottled and left to refine for a few months.
Ripa Bianca is a wine that pairs perfectly with fish dishes and fresh cheeses.
Serving temperature: about 10°-12°.
